Great for salads!
I've been purchasing Saffi products for years and have always been a fan of their processes and quality. While many companies have been taking shortcuts because of the pandemic and labor situation, Saffi's quality has remained the same throughout.
I love caprese salad! I used garden fresh grape tomatoes and basil, garlic and mozzarella pearls with the dark balsamic vinegar and olive oil drizzled over the mix. The flavor is amazing paired with the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Absolutely delicious!

This is by far my favorite dark balsamic. It's sweet and thick but not artificial. It's hard to describe the flavor, but I highly recommend you try it. I use it for a simple balsamic vinaigrette (balsamic, olive oil, and just a little dijon mustard), or reduce it down in a pan for a balsamic reduction.
