Spicy Sweet and Sour Pad Thai

SPICY SWEET AND SOUR PAD THAI
1 tablespoon of Saffi White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon of gluten free soy sauce
tablespoon of maple syrup 
1 teaspoon of fresh squeezed juice
8oz pad thai noodles (dried)

oz grilled chicken (substitute extra firm tofu for vegan option)
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of red chili pepper 

Instructions:
1. Mix well and set aside. Note: this amount of sauce is good for 2 cups of Pad Thai. To make the dish, soak Pad Thai in boiling water for 3 mins, drain and set aside. 
2. Stir-fry or grill protein and vegetables on high heat with unrefined @saffisaana avocado oil. 
3. Add the noodles and the sauce, mix well for two minutes. Garnish and serve.

Tip: Do not over cook Pad Thai as it might break easily.
