PACKAGING: This trio is sustainably packaged in 750ml upcycled glass wine bottles that we collect from local restaurants and wine shops. Each bottle is filled by hand with Saffi Saana premium oils and vinegars. Glass wine bottles are reusable and fully recyclable, and come with built-in pour-friendly cork inserts.

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil — made from early harvest Arbequina olives. Internationally recognized as one of the best extra virgin olive oils based on the Flos Olei guide. 100% true EVOO; not fake, blended, or adulterated. 
• Extra Virgin Avocado Oil — unrefined, unfiltered, and by using the full avocado fruit- offers the optimal nutritional content. ⁠You'll enjoy an intense earthy, smoky flavor and beautiful emerald green color as a result of this process.

• Organic Canola Oil  - great for baking, our canola is mild with a slightly nutty flavor profile. free from toxic pesticides and synthetic fertilizers which promotes biodiversity, soil fertility, and healthy wildlife. Saffi Saana products are all glyphosate-free.
• Dark Balsamic Vinegar — made from the Pedro Ximenez grape, this vinegar is smooth enough to drink on its own. 100% grapes, raw, and unpasteurized. notes of black currant, dark berries, jam, and fig. no sugars or sweeteners added.
  
• White Balsamic Vinegar —   made from Moscatel grapes aged in oak for 3 months. It is smooth and sweet enough to drink on its own, but also delicious drizzled over strawberries and basil. 100% grapes, raw, and unpasteurized. No sugars or sweeteners added. 
  
• Apple Cider Vinegar — our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made from an organic apple species called Malus domestica Borkh grown in Spain. our apple cider vinegar is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and contains the Mother. notes of chamomile, roasted almonds, and lemon zest.
• Sherry Vinegar — made 100% from Palomino grapes, this 50 year sherry is aged in oak casks using the Solera method. made by a small family farm that has been producing vinegar for 4 generations in Jerez, Spain.
